All orders are made and packed by hand and posted from the UK by Royal Mail.
Dispatch time
Because every order is packed to order by one person, please allow up to 5 working days from payment for your order to be dispatched. Sometimes it will go out sooner, but at busy times it can take the full 5 days. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is posted.
UK delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.95. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
European Union delivery
- Royal Mail International Tracked. The price depends on the value of your order and is shown at checkout.
- The shipping price includes import VAT and customs duty, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
- Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days after dispatch, but can take longer at busy times.
- We post to all 27 EU countries. EU orders are limited to a maximum of £125 per order. If you would like to order more than that, please email us at thatbudgetlux@gmail.com.
USA delivery
We are not posting to the USA at the moment. It is coming back soon.
Other countries
We currently post to the UK and the EU only. If you would like us to post elsewhere, please contact us at thatbudgetlux@gmail.com.
Delays and problems
Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within the times above, please email thatbudgetlux@gmail.com and we will check it with Royal Mail. If a parcel is lost or damaged in the post, contact us and we will put it right.
